02. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a reseller account, submitting SIM package activation requests, or utilizing our integrated wallet and multi-level commission system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

03. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register as a reseller. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. PackVerse is not liable for unauthorized portal access or balance deductions resulting from compromised credentials.

04. Reseller Conduct & Responsibilities

Resellers are authorized to market listed SIM packages (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone) to prospective subscribers ethically and in compliance with telecom standards. You are solely responsible for managing subscriber expectations and verifying target mobile numbers prior to submitting activation requests.

05. SIM Package Activation Requests

All package requests submitted through the Platform represent digital cellular provisioning orders. Because telecom activation codes and data bundles are processed electronically upon verification, requests cannot be altered once telecom network provisioning commences.

06. Prepaid Wallet & Manual Deposits

The integrated prepaid wallet represents an internal digital balance used strictly for submitting package requests and receiving commission distributions. Manual wallet deposits require submitting valid payment proofs (bank Trx IDs, payment receipt screenshots). Submission of falsified or altered deposit proofs will result in immediate permanent account suspension and asset forfeiture.

07. Multi-Level Commission Structure

Resellers earn direct sales commissions (70% share of total commission pool) plus 4-level team referral bonuses on completed activations. Commissions are credited upon successful status verification and are subject to audit or reversal in cases of fraudulent submissions.

08. Fraud Prevention & Financial Audits

PackVerse maintains continuous automated transaction monitoring to intercept duplicate payment IDs, fake receipt uploads, and system exploits. Accounts flagged for fraudulent activity will be immediately frozen pending administrative audit.

09. Telecom Network Service Disclaimer

Cellular network coverage, speed, data allowances, and validity periods are governed directly by the respective network operators (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone). PackVerse is not responsible for operator network outages, service disruptions, or PTA spectrum adjustments.

10. Commission Payout Withdrawals

Resellers may request withdrawal of available commission earnings to verified mobile wallets (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Nayapay) or bank accounts (IBAN). Payouts are processed manually within 24–48 business hours after administrative verification.

11. Prohibited System Exploits

• Creating synthetic referral accounts to manipulate multi-level commission payouts.
• Automated scraping, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized API injection.
• Submitting unverified or duplicate payment transaction numbers.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform trademarks, code, user interface designs, and branding belong exclusively to PackVerse. Resellers receive a limited, revocable license to market SIM package offers in good faith.

13. Submitted Verification Proofs

Payment proofs and CNIC identity documents submitted to the platform are used solely for account verification, financial reconciliation, and legal compliance.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate reseller accounts violating these Terms, engaging in abusive financial submissions, or attempting to exploit platform workflows.

15. Limitation of Liability

PackVerse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from operator network failures, delayed activations due to incorrect subscriber numbers, or unauthorized account access resulting from weak credentials.

16. Privacy Policy Reference

Data collection, storage, and security protocols are governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Platform Rights & Discretion

Platform administrators retain full authority regarding order verification, wallet ledger auditing, commission distribution, and compliance decisions.

18. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication on this page with an updated revision date.
